Delete Your Account

Smart-Cart — Account Deletion

You can delete your Smart-Cart account at any time, directly from within the app. When you delete your account, all of your personal data — including your profile, shopping lists, and savings history — is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Price submissions you have made may remain in anonymised form to keep community data accurate.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Smart-Cart app on your device.
  2. Tap the Account tab (bottom right).
  3. Sign in if you are not already logged in.
  4. Scroll down to the Delete Account section.
  5. Tap to expand it, enter your password, and tap Delete My Account.
  6. Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears.
This action is permanent. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to access the app to delete your account, you can request deletion by emailing us directly. We will process your request within 30 days.
