These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Smart Cart mobile application ("App") operated by Sheelon Inc ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Smart Cart. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may use basic features without an account. To submit prices, save lists, or access Pro features you must register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Smart Cart Pro is available on the following plans:
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings.
Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current price unless they cancel and resubscribe.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.
Smart Cart allows users to submit grocery prices to a shared community database. By submitting prices you confirm that:
We reserve the right to remove, flag, or reject any submission that we believe is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms. Repeated submission of false data may result in account suspension.

The receipt scanning feature uses artificial intelligence to extract product and price information from images. Results may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted data before submission. Receipt images are processed in real time and are not stored after scanning.
All content, design, and code within Smart Cart is the property of Sheelon Inc or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
Smart Cart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of community-submitted price data. Prices displayed are sourced from user submissions and may not reflect current in-store prices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheelon Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account tab within the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
